We are building our web site, between milking our cows, rearing the calves, growing grass and now making ice cream. So please bear with us it’s not quite finished yet.
 Our 3 Hope Valley Promises
1 We only produce food that is fresh & tasty
2 Every cow, chicken & sheep is treated as an individual
3 We continue to protect and preserve these hills – as we have done for the past 300 years
We make our ice cream in the farmhouse on our farm in the heart of the Hope Valley, in the beautiful Peak District National Park. We use milk from our cows, egg yolks from local free-range hens and a dash of Hope.
