We're busy on the farm, finished harvesting the first cut of grass to make silage to feed our cows this winter. Now trying to get the slurry on to grow the second cut. While making ice cream for local cafe's after a warm weekend.
We make ice cream in our farm house in the heart of the Hope Valley, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, where we have milked cows for over 300 years. By adding value to our milk we Hope to milk cows in the Hope Valley for another 300 years. Buying our products makes our Hope a reality!
