Matt Baker and the Countryfile team popped in last june, they helped milk our cows and make ice cream. We became TV stars on the 28th June 2009, and again on Saturday 30th August 2010, when it was repeated on County Tracks. It's quite strange with people recognising us off the television. Bob hasn't quite plucked up the courage to watch it himself yet, but we do have it on video!

New Map of walks on and around our Farm

Our ice cream is rich and creamy, but it’s no miracle slimming product. Like us you could probably do with a bit of exercise. You can either pop up to the farm and help us round up some calves if they've decided that the grass is greener the other side of the fence. Or you can go on a really great walk either to the ice cream parlour on the farm starting in Hathersage or Bamford or from it.  Click on the
map right to down load a map that shows our favourite walks on and around our farm.

Our 3 Hope Valley Promises
1 We only produce food that is fresh & tasty
2 Every cow, chicken & sheep is treated as an individual
3 We continue to protect and preserve these hills – as we have done for the past 300 years

We make our ice cream in the farmhouse on our farm in the heart of the Hope Valley, in the beautiful Peak District National Park. We use milk from our cows, egg yolks from local free range hens and a dash of Hope!
